How to install an Eclipse Louvre Roof – Part 2: The Frame

This is where the job’s won or lost. Get the frame right and everything after it goes in sweet.

Here’s what went into this one:
250x50x3mm aluminium beams, custom built on site before install
🧱 Fixed to 2x brick walls
Old awning stripped out first
💧 150mm box gutters with custom over-flashings, so no leaks
Track & angle cut to suit the exact opening, not a one-size-fits-all kit
⚡ Basic 12v electrical done by us. Anything higher goes to our A-grade sparky

No flat-pack Chinese kits ❌
Australian made, built to fit ✔️

Part 3 is coming soon, when the blades go in 👀

I just made the biggest mistake of my career..

Client told me the roof blocks too much light & feels like a funeral parlour.

I found a way to let the light back in.. on her own demand.

She now loves me.

All thanks to Louvre Roofs Australia HV Aluminium

The biggest lessons I’ve learnt since starting my business..

> How important having the right safety gear is <

It’s all fun and games until you’re in charge and at fault.

BASE CAMP Mask is by fair the most comfiest mask on the market - can wear all day long with no dramas. Glasses don’t fog up every 2 seconds & they make you look gangsta.

Smarter not harder.

Work should never be a chore. If it is, you’re doing it wrong.

Peace & welcome 🤙🏻
