A conversation between Miles and Julie – Part 3

Sometimes, what you can't see is the biggest challenge.

As work got underway in Julie's home, it became clear the original wiring from 1916 was still in place. Old cloth wiring, deteriorated over time, meant what was expected to be a straightforward electrical upgrade became a complete rewire.

It's something we see more often than many homeowners realise, particularly in Sydney's older properties.
