We're never low on PVC offcuts, and offered them up.

They sent through these photos of the two they've put in.

No hot water, and a 15 year old tank in the laundry taking up valuable space.

The owners had plans to renovate the laundry, and the old unit was taking up the corner they wanted back.
So rather than drop a new one in the same spot, we relocated it outside onto a new pad.

The replacement is a stainless steel tank - longer life and more efficient to run.
High quality lead-free fittings and valves throughout.

Hot water back on, and a laundry they can now actually do something with.

Gurgling drains, toilet not going down, water bubbling up in the bathroom...

You may have tree roots in the drain.

And draino from your local coles won't fix this.

If your home is 40+ years old, you'll likely have these clay pipes in the ground.
Almost all of the clay pipes we see are letting roots in, leading us to jet the drain.

The boys smoking the suburb out!

We're looking for a stormwater connection into the sewer pit, which caused some breakdowns during the recent heavy rain.

The technicians use a machine to fill the pits and sewer with smoke, which should only come out of the house vents (everything inside is water trapped).

We have not found the connection yet, but if this smoke started coming out of a drain or downpipe, that would mean an illegal connection.
