Got called out to a property for a water leak coming through the kitchen ceiling. After a bit of investigating, we found the leak was coming from the shower. Turns out there was no waterproofing at all, and the tiles had been laid straight onto chipboard.

The bathroom was only 8 years old, so not what the owners wanted to hear. Unfortunately, we had to strip it right back and start again but the end result speaks for itself! A fresh, modern and properly waterproofed bathroom that’ll last for years.
