The old guttering on this home had well and truly reached the end of its life, with rust starting to eat through the gutters and causing leaks around the property.

✅ Another one ticked off in Kennington!

This home has just had a full gutter replacement and upgrade, giving the roofline a much cleaner finish while improving the way the home handles rainwater. 🏠💧

🔨 Another gutter replacement completed last week out in Longlea!

The old guttering on this home had well and truly reached the end of its life, with rust and deterioration letting the water flow straight off the roof onto the ground.

The team removed the old gutters and replaced them with brand-new COLORBOND Quad guttering in Manor Red, which suited the home perfectly and brought the roofline back to life. 👌

More importantly, the new guttering has restored the functionality of the system.

🔨 ANOTHER ROOF LEAK FIXED PROPERLY — NOT JUST PATCHED! 🏠🌧️

This home in Maiden Gully had experienced water entering around a roof pe*******ons due to failed Dektite seals.

Over time, the rubber boots and sealant had deteriorated and were no longer providing a watertight finish. The pe*******ons had also been installed directly across the raised ribs of the roof sheets, creating low areas where rainwater could pool around the bases before eventually finding its way inside.

Rather than applying another temporary layer of sealant, the team at T&T Roofing Bendigo completed a more reliable, long-term roof leak repair. ✅

The old Dektites were removed and replaced, with new custom dry-pan flashings installed underneath each pe*******on.

These dry-pan flashings provide:

🔹 A smooth, flat surface for the Dektite to seal against
🔹 A clear path for rainwater to drain away
🔹 No roof ribs for water to pool behind
🔹 An additional layer of protection around the pe*******on

🏠 ANOTHER ROOF TRANSFORMATION COMPLETED IN HEATHCOTE! 🔨

Another roof ventilation upgrade completed, this time for a home in Strathfieldsaye that had been experiencing condensation issues throughout winter. ❄️💧

🌧️🏠 Guttering Replacement Completed in Maldon 🏠🌧️

Another guttering replacement sorted, this time on a beautiful old weatherboard home in Maldon.

The existing gutters had become heavily rusted and were well past their best, increasing the risk of leaks, overflowing gutters and water damage around the home during heavy rain.

We removed the old guttering and installed brand-new OG profile guttering in Night Sky, giving the property a fresh, clean finish while keeping with the traditional character of the home.

Another leaking roof permanently sorted in Kangaroo Flat 🔨🏠

This back skillion roof had been causing ongoing leak issues for years, with several patch repairs carried out along the way. Unfortunately, the real problem was the incorrect roof sheeting profile, meaning the leaks were never going to be properly resolved.

We removed the incorrect sheeting, installed the correct roofing profile and fitted new flashings throughout to create a clean, watertight finish.
