Before a single cubic metre of earth gets moved at Otways, the whole site is mapped. 🗺️

This is GPS site set-out. The team uses scanning tools to mark the exact position of every element - walls, services, footings - so the slab goes down in exactly the right place.

Get this wrong and you spend the rest of the build correcting it. Get it right and everything that follows is cleaner. ✨

Project: Riddells Creek ⭐

Ben's family had outgrown their home in Riddells Creek.

The existing rendered brick home was ageing, cramped, and no longer worked for how they actually lived.

Ben already had plans drawn up for a rear extension. What he needed was a builder who could execute a design that wasn't straightforward and sits alongside their original home and opening directly to the surrounding bushland. 🪴

What we delivered were:
🪵 Spotted gum cladding was chosen for the exterior
⛪ Cathedral ceilings with exposed beams
🪨 Stone surrounded fire place
🎍 Gorgeous bamboo flooring
🪟 Large glazed sliding doors run the length of the space, pulling in light and connecting the living area to the backyard
