About the role:
You'll be working on a variety of residential and commercial maintenance, repair and renovation projects throughout Bendigo and surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out plastering or tiling repairs, installations and renovations

Working on insurance repairs, maintenance and renovation projects

Delivering high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

Reading and following job scopes and instructions

Completing jobs efficiently and to a professional standard

Maintaining clean, safe and organised worksites

Working alongside our team and other trades to complete projects

About you:
We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced and confident in their trade

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Proud of their workmanship with a strong eye for detail

Organised and able to manage their time effectively

A great communicator with a positive, can-do attitude

Committed to workplace safety and customer satisfaction

Have a current driver's licence and have a reliable Ute / Van

Are you highly organised, energetic, proactive, and great at keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team and be the heart of our day-to-day office operations.

Do you embrace change, enjoy a wide variety of work, a fast-paced environment then we are looking for you!

About the role:
You’ll be responsible for keeping our office organised and supporting our team with:

- Managing phone calls, emails and client enquiries

- Coordinating jobs, schedules and paperwork

- Entering and managing jobs, quotes and purchase orders in Tradify

- Supporting supervisors, estimators and office staff

- Tracking timesheets, invoices and job progress

- Maintaining office organisation and systems

- Assisting with social media updates and general business support

About you:
You’ll be:

- Highly organised and detail-oriented

- Confident on the phone and in email communication

- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities

- Great at working in a fast-paced environment

- Experienced with office systems eg. Excel, Tradify, MS Word

Bendigo Building Repairs currently have a full-time role available for a Skilled Trades Person within our growing company.

The role is available for immediate start and guaranteed to have consistent work.



About the Role
With our rapidly growing business, we are looking for someone who isn't afraid to throw themselves into every job, get their hands dirty and grow with the company.

Jobs will vary from day to day, and we provide a variety of services which include some of the following:

- Plastering, all aspects.
- Painting & Finishing (both internally and externally)
- Tiling - including preparation, underlay installation, grouting and silicone.
- General Carpentry works.
- General Maintenance works.



Successful applicants will

Preferably have a trade background or significant experience.

Be punctual, reliable, and can work alone or as part of a team.

Be able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Have the capacity to problem solve and work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Someone with high quality workmanship, attention to detail and who doesn't cut corners, takes pride in their work.

Have a current Driver’s License.

Have or willing to obtain a WHS industry white card.

Have or willing to obtain a current police check

Have or willing to obtain a Working with Children’s Check.

Have or willing to obtain a Working at heights ticket.

Reliable Ute/van and relevant tools
