These two piers were damaged and required rebuilding. While one initially appeared to have only a crack, further inspection showed the pier was fractured and unstable, meaning a patch repair wasn't going to be enough.

Both piers were pulled down and fully rebuilt to provide a proper long-term repair.

Completed rebuild of the wall using lime based mortar along with repointing where rising damp had effected the base brickwork and other decaying joints, we also removed old cement based mortar someone had previously used and added an expansion joint as specified by the engineers.

Whoops!.. this factory wall had been hit by a forklift a number of times and had pushed the brickwork out aswell as causing cracking. From assessment and complete knock down to rebuild and site clean we organized the the lot.
