So here they are, all shiny and finished! Hand-shaped, unique bentwood rings in their natural timber colours: QLD walnut, Spotted Gum, Jarrah, Coachwood and PNG Rosewood. More details to come, but let me know if you’d be keen to wear one!

We needed a bedside table and I needed a new project, so I met up with a local timber guru who showed me this gorgeous piece of Silky Oak.
I challenged myself to use nothing but timber and joinery - no nails, screws or even glue. About 90% of the project was done with hand tools.
I also decided to leave some of the naturally greyed timber as a feature in a few components. The wedges are made from Rengassia.

Really pleased with the final result of this red mahogany and antique marble side table. Great to see it safely in place...

I've spent the last few weekends reworking the humble trestle. Came up with a folding three-legged design that allows for more practicality and seating around the outdoor dining setting. The angled dovetail joints and tapered legs add another level of structure and finesse. Pretty stoked with the end result! Made from spotted gum. Photos by Nic
