What's behind your plaster and cladding matters.

When people think about an energy-efficient home, they often think of solar panels. But some of the biggest improvements are hidden inside the walls.

On this project we've gone the extra mile to create a home that's more comfortable, healthier and cheaper to run.

✔️ R6 ceiling insulation and R2.5 wall insulation to help keep the home warm in winter and cool in summer.

✔️ A breathable wall wrap (now compulsory in Victoria) with a battened cavity, allowing the home to breathe while helping manage condensation.

✔️ Every pe*******on through the wrap has been carefully sealed and taped to reduce unwanted air leakage.

✔️ Double-glazed windows, with the window taped to the wall wrap and the jamb gap filled with foam to minimise drafts.

It's these hidden details that make a real difference to how a home performs for years to come. You may never see them again once the plaster and cladding go on, but you'll certainly notice the comfort.

Building better isn't just about how a home looks—it's about how it lives.

This one was a mission, but we're pretty proud of how it turned out 👌

Working closely with the interior designer's vision, there were plenty of fine details to bring together — and the finished result has come up a treat.

The combination of brushed nickel fixtures, peach and beige tones, stunning arched mirrors and tas oak polytec cabinetry creates a warm, timeless space that feels both modern and inviting.

A lot of planning, precision and teamwork went into this one, and we think it was worth every bit of effort.

A front fence that makes a statement 👌

734 hardwood battens 😅 installed one by one to create this clean, seamless finish.

Built in collaboration with Chris from , who crafted and installed the custom gate to complete the project.

A little front entrance glow-up 😍🌿

We’ve just finished this beautiful new arbour using chunky cypress posts - our favourites.

Solid, timeless, a real stand out.

The real VIP though? The original wisteria 💜
Too good to get rid of, so we made sure it stayed to keep climbing and steal the show again.

Can’t wait to see this one in full bloom 🌿✨
