3 week approval, this is a new record for us.

We thought getting the DA would be the stressful part.
Turns out our biggest challenge will be funding the build.

In custom building, no two homes are ever the same.
Sometimes the best outcomes come from solving problems you couldnā€™t predict.

On this project, unexpected groundwater meant we had to rethink the standard approach and engineer an underslab drainage solution to protect the home long term. This secondary drainage system works in conjunction with the retaining walls and ensures the natural groundwater flow continues safely to the street.

Itā€™s not always about following the plan ā€” itā€™s about having the experience to adapt when conditions change and require a performance-based solution.

The details most people never see are often the ones that matter most.
