We thought it was time to give you a little walkthrough of where we’re at with the Brodie Project in Marsden Park.

There’s a lot going on in this one… and honestly, we’re pretty excited about it.

From the little details you might not notice straight away, to the features that were designed specifically for this home - this is the kind of project that makes us love what we do.

Today we're looking back on one of our very first two-storey builds; Completed early last year, right at the beginning of the Dot Homes journey.

This home holds a special place in our story. We're endlessly proud of what we built together, and even more grateful for the trust our clients placed in us from the start.
Recently, this home sold for an outstanding $2,250,000, a beautiful reflection of the care and craftsmanship that went into it.

There's nothing quite like watching a home we poured our hearts into being passed on to start a new family's story. This is why we do what we do.

What makes an upstairs living space actually work? It starts with knowing exactly what a family needs from it.

We maximised this space with a custom study nook, built into a bespoke joinery piece for that extra storage every family needs.

The detail we love most? The timber matches the joinery downstairs; creating connectivity from upstairs to downstairs, so the whole home feels considered, not stacked together.
