A huge thank you to Rob and the team 🛠️
After 10 years of Robs Rural Contracting, it's time to share some big news: Dad is closing the business to start a very well-earned retirement.
Since 2015, Rob and the team have served landholders right across the Bega Valley, Bombala and Nimmitabel — fencing paddocks, building stockyards, moving earth, raising sheds, and fixing whatever needed fixing on properties big and small. I've watched Dad pour his heart into this work, and the results speak for themselves — the quality, the care, and the relationships built with so many of you along the way.
Rob and Kath are so excited for this next chapter. After years of early starts, long days, and the usual ups and downs, they're looking forward to slowing down — and spending more time with their 5 kids and 6 grandkids.
To everyone who trusted Rob and the team with your fences, your yards, your gardens and your farms — thank you. Your support over the years has meant the world to our family, and to everyone who's worked alongside Dad.
We couldn't be prouder of what Rob and the team have built, and the mark they've left across the Valley. It's been a great run.
Thank you for being such a wonderful community. 💛
PS — Dad will be hosting a big clean-out sale at the yard on September 19th, with great deals on tools and surplus materials. More details to follow!
