A big deck i just recently finished!
Was alot bigger job then I thought.
Alot of timber work involved, 6 extra post concrete in, 2 more bearers across whole deck, bolted to the brick wall all around, joist hangers everywhere.
The original deck didnt have the correct fall, so every joist planed down to get the fall correct fall and all flat.
Replaced step with new timbers and all new compressed concrete sheeting over whole deck.
Then the waterproofing 3 coats, then tiled grouted and sealed.
Massive job but got there.
Clients stoked and happy with the finished result.

Before and after photos of a very hard bathroom ive just recently completed.
All brick walls and concrete slab to work with! All concrete grinded back flat and drains moved.
Re concreted back in and all new plumbing all rendered back flat over pipes.
New nib wall built and all nicely mitred edges.
All windows and archs taken off and finished with nice angle flush.
Came up very nice. Now for all the plumbing to be fit out and ceiling cleaned and painted and all electrical fit off.

BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES
Another very old home i did a bathroom renovations on. Just under 100 years old parts of it.
This one was old! Very tricky and not one thing square,plumb or level.
But I fixed it all up with new timbers and braced walls and straighted them.
All new plumbing throughout and then the whole new make over.
Came up really well for what I had to work with.
And glad I could get it done for beautiful clients.
