This project in Gymea Bay, NSW, is a great example of what can be achieved with a steel pole kit home. With difficult access, sloping site and a challenging block, the design was carefully tailored to the property to maximise the incredible views while creating a practical, modern and affordable building solution.

Our custom-designed homes, unique construction system and the flexibility of steel pole construction allow us to make the most of blocks that may otherwise seem difficult to build on. You provide the block and we provide the solution.

Very exciting day here at Ezy Homes! 🧩🏠

We caught up with a previous client and were thrilled to hear they’ve just sold their custom kit home in Airlie Beach, QLD. They are now signing on for their second and are ready to do it all again!

This client took on the project as an owner-builder and the final result speaks for itself. From the design stage, we focused on capturing the breathtaking views, high ceilings and incorporating multiple front-facing balconies to truly maximise the location. As you can see, the outcome is nothing short of magnificent.

Seeing clients come back for another build is the ultimate compliment and a true testament to the flexibility and value of our steel pole kit homes.
