Andrea turned 40 yesterday, and I wanted to say it somewhere she couldn’t ignore.

She runs the operations side of Ark - the systems, the communication, the reason clients actually hear back from us. I show up and fix the pipes. She makes sure everything else holds together... and we couldn’t do it without her! It’s no wonder she’s escaped to Bali to celebrate as I write this.

Happy birthday, Andrea. From me and the whole team 🎂

Max joined Ark as an apprentice...

He’s now a fully qualified plumber.

That’s not something we planned as a marketing moment - it’s just what happened when you give someone good the right environment to grow in.

Lochie and Josh are both fully qualified, registered plumbers. Between them, they’ve got years of experience and they’ve both been with Ark for over two years - which, in the trades industry, is saying something!
