Good Morning Beaudesert. We are a small family business who has been operating for 7 years and have been ripped off by a local.
It's unfortunate that we need to make a post like this but I think it needs to be done.
On the 11th of December 2025 we completed a job for a recurring customer yet again in good faith for payment after the job was completed which we have done numerous times although this job was a larger task. After 3 hours of work by 3 people and numerous dump runs the job was completed and customer notified. Payment was agreed to. After not receiving payment the customer was contacted via the only form of contact and payment was promised for the following week when she returned from being interstate according to her. We were then gaslit until the beginning of January when she returned from an overseas trip. Once again we were promised payment yet nothing. Repeatedly ignored and again no response. Yet this morning this women is messaging asking for quotes for yard services from others whilst still owing $300 to us for a service that was completed 2 months ago.
I am happy to name this person to a legitimate business by messenger so that this sort of thing doesn't happen to them.
I apologise if this upsets some people but unfortunately this is happening all to often and we can't keep absorbing costs for people who think they are above paying for services that are completed.

It really pi**es me off that some companies are selling generators of a very low capacity at extremely expensive prices to desperate people without truthfully telling them what that generator is actually capable of powering. Please do your homework and research because i can guarantee you it will bite hard and will cost you more to replace expensive household items.
