Excelcon Pty Ltd is looking for an Administration & Client Support Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
Based in Beaconsfield Upper, we are an award-winning custom-building company specialising in high-end residential and bespoke commercial projects across Victoria.
This role will involve supporting our busy team with:
• General administration
• Client communication & coordination
• Scheduling & follow-ups
• Supplier & trade liaison
• Assisting with social media and marketing
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Organised and proactive
• Professional and personable
• Confident communicating with clients and trades
• Tech savvy and quick to learn
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Detail-oriented and reliable
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who will fit into our culture.

Experience within the construction industry is highly regarded, however the right attitude and personality are just as important to us.
Salary will be discussed with successful applicants and will be based on experience, skillset and suitability for the role.
