💧 Leaks are sneaky. Lucky we’re sneakier. 👀

Water was getting in… but where from?

We tracked down a defect in the external cladding, then brought out the fluorescent dye to follow the water’s path and confirm exactly where it was sneaking through. 🔍💚

Cladding defect found. Leak path confirmed. Mystery solved. 🕵️‍♂️

Because when it comes to water ingress, guessing gets expensive. We’d rather test it, trace it and know exactly what we’re dealing with.

Happy Father’s Day 💙

Today we’re celebrating all the incredible dads and father figures out there.

The dads, stepdads, grandads, dads-to-be, new dads, foster dads, adoptive dads, bonus dads, father figures, and the men who simply stepped up and became a dad in all the ways that matter.

We’re also thinking of those who are missing their dads today, dads missing their children, and anyone who finds Father’s Day a little harder than most. 💙

Here’s to the dads who work hard, love hard, tell terrible jokes, give the best advice (even when we didn’t ask for it 😂), and are always there when we need them.

Low water pressure? 👀 This could be why…

This is an old galvanised iron water pipe we removed after being called out to investigate low water pressure at a property.

Galvanised pipes rust and corrode from the inside out, gradually building up until the internal opening becomes smaller and smaller.

And this one speaks for itself! 😳 There was barely any room left for the water to flow through.

It’s a great reminder that sometimes low water pressure isn’t about the pressure at all — it’s about what’s happening inside your pipes. 🔧💧
