A proud day at our Bayswater display centre.

We welcomed prefabAUS, Josh Burns MP and Commonwealth Bank to Anchor Homes for the launch of prefabAUS' new industry-wide contract for prefabricated housing, introduced by prefabAUS Executive Chairman Damien Crough and developed with sponsorship from Commonwealth Bank.

In short, it aligns construction payments with the way modular homes are actually made, giving clients clearer, more accessible finance. It's a real step forward for prefab in Australia.

As a modular builder that designs and builds every home at our off-site facility, it means a lot to see the industry moving this way. Our Managing Director, Lester Raikes, shared a few words on modular construction and the care we put into getting it right.

We also loved hosting a prefabAUS study tour group through our display homes and colour selections studio. Thank you to everyone who spent the day with us.
