This week marks Men’s Health Week (15–21 June), an important reminder for all of us to take care of both our physical and mental well-being.

As part of our continued commitment to mental health and wellbeing, we are again supporting Gotcha4Life and the important work they do in promoting mental fitness and meaningful conversations.

Unfortunately, many men still avoid asking for help or talking about what they’re going through. Men’s Health Week is about breaking that stigma and encouraging open conversations, checking in on your mates, and knowing that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
