Some of you might remember this little bloke running around our job sites with a tape measure that was bigger than him. ❤️

Jaxon has been on site with HCS since he was 5 years old, growing up around the tools and sawdust. As the years went on Jaxon found racing and we honestly thought he would end up in a mechanics shed or learning race mechanics, he even spoke about being a sparky along the way.

After spending a few months working elsewhere while deciding what direction he wanted to take, he made the decision to jump aboard. This week, Jaxon officially started his apprenticeship with us, and we couldn’t be prouder.

As HCS prepares to shift into an exciting new business model, we’re thrilled to have Jax join us for this next chapter. While you’ll still see him out on site learning the trade, he’ll also be getting stuck into quoting, reading plans, and learning the business side of things to help take some of the load off Dad.

This is more than just an apprenticeship, it’s the beginning of the next generation helping shape where we’re headed.

So watch this space… 👀

There’s a new adventure on the horizon for HCS, with a new business direction, a new name, and a new location. We can’t wait to share what’s coming next!
