Fresh out of the workshop - a look at three newly manufactured pulleys recently completed for clients across Central NSW — including drive, tail and tail feed pulleys.

Each has been manufactured with new shafts, bearings, seals and housings, hot vulcanised ceramic lagging and custom transport frames, ready for delivery and installation.

Another great example of the complete pulley manufacturing capability coming out of our workshop.

Some great photos of new supply pulley builds at our Refurbishment Workshop — hot-vulcanised lagging applied, new manufactured shaft with QA measurements completed pre-install, bearings, seals and housings inspected and fitted, and prep for painting ahead of freight.

Several years ago Will Commens come to Carters as an adult apprentice Will was already a chippy by trade but had a passion for working with Metal, Will completed his trade and then set off to pursue his own thing . Will is still called upon by Carters to lend a hand as he is a very talented welder and needs to be recognised as he has put in hundreds and hundreds of hours outside of work hrs to become the craftsman he is today, Thanks Will.
