This customer’s gas wall furnace, with a front and rear outlet providing heat to 2 livings areas, was no longer working. We replaced it with two Rinnai Energysavers.

Using in-wall flue kits, the new heaters were neatly flued through the internal wall and out through the roof, providing an efficient and practical heating solution for the 2 living spaces.

Whilst helping our customers prepare their heating for the winter months, we are also keeping their hot water running.

Our customer recently switched out their old electric storage tank for a new Rinnai Enviroflo Heat Pump, suitable for the colder climates with their hybrid function.

We were recently invited by Lopi Fireplaces Australia to attend their gas fireplace technical training.

This training session gave us greater insight and knowledge into the workings of Lopi gas fireplaces, including installation guidelines, servicing, fault finding and repairs/parts.

This form of product training is invaluable to our technicians and helps us stay at the forefront of the gas heating industry.

We recently helped a customer hold onto a Brivis gas ducted heater they loved while they knocked down and rebuilt their home.

The team disconnected and stored their Brivis gas ducted heater during the demolition, then came back to reinstall it in the new home with all new ducting, return air and floor grills.
