I 2026 Small Host Employer of the Year

Congratulations to TKM Electrical!

Since becoming a Skillset host employer in 2023, TKM Electrical has provided apprentices with hands-on experience, clear guidance and the opportunity to learn across a variety of projects.

The business has hosted three Skillset apprentices, giving them exposure to residential, commercial and industrial electrical work.

This variety helps apprentices develop a broad range of skills, complete the practical components of their training and understand what quality work looks like across different settings.

Owner Troy McCormack and the TKM Electrical team take a patient and practical approach to training. Questions are encouraged, expectations are clear and apprentices are trusted to develop their capabilities on the job.

Congratulations to Troy, Therese and the TKM Electrical team. Your investment in hands-on learning is helping build the next generation of skilled electrical tradespeople!
