Progress is happening at our bateau bay Reno today.
Splashback in. The deck continues with some detail work happening.

A little job we did over the last couple of weeks was removing a couple of load bearing walls, and moving the bedroom door to give this bedroom a new master suite feel. Sometimes as a team you need to divide and conquer and today I left the 3rd year to rehang the door, make a jamb, and skirt walls which were required. Painting to come and then new carpet.

Just in time before the big wet this week. Storm water lines in after we lasered in a trench yesterday as that is a Turnstyle Constructions standard. We don’t settle for half a job. Temp down pipes connected to get water away.

A massive week at our Bateau Bay job with a huge shout out to some of our awesome trades Smitty’s Masonry and marconplastering always a pleasure to have on site doing there thing. Over the next couple of weeks some big changes happening as we ramp this project up

Some progress at our East Bateau Bay job. Removed the existing sliding door today and couldn’t leave this old mush of particle board which has copped years of water ingress due to the sliding door never been flashed. So it was a non negotiable to cut out the flooring and leave a floor fan to dry joists out before we follow an our procedures to install the new sliding door with a tray flashing.
