Ross Building Group

Another amazing review for Ross Building Group!

I engaged Ross Building Group to undertake a pest and building inspection and
also arranged a separate independent roof inspection through a roofing company. In
hindsight, the additional roof inspection was unnecessary, as the building inspection
conducted by Ross Building Group was so thorough that it provided all the
information I needed.
I highly recommend this company. Their attention to detail is exceptional, and they
do not overlook anything. It would not surprise me if some real estate agents
attempted to discourage buyers from using them, simply because of how
comprehensive and independent their inspections are.
The inspection and resulting reports were incredibly detailed and informative. I
genuinely felt I received excellent value for money, and the information provided
ultimately saved me from making a costly mistake by purchasing what could have
become a financial burden.
I cannot thank Steve and Narelle enough for their professional, thorough, and
accommodating service. Their expertise, honesty, and commitment to their clients
are second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Ross Building Group to
anyone seeking a reliable and comprehensive building and pest inspection.
Kind regards
Sherry

We typically don’t like anyone looking over our shoulder during inspections, but today we made an exception. Steve was accompanied by a charming little helper who, to the owners amusement, wanted to stay perched on Steve’s shoulder throughout the inspection. 🥰

What our clients say about us!!!

My husband and I travelled across the country hoping to purchase a home in Queensland.
We thought we had found our dream home, it looked so perfect. We then had to arrange a building and pest inspection.
With just one Google search, Ross Building Group popped up, showing this company as being the best building and pest inspectors out there.
Then with having to find a conveyancing/lawyer service, we ended settling on Kingdom Lawyers who strongly recommended, Ross Building Group. That was our final decision to go with Ross Building Group for our inspection.
We were told the home we were going to buy had no more work to do on it, it was move in ready. Sadly, this was far from true. Having such a thorough inspection and detailed report literally saved us thousands of dollars that we just didn't have.
We strongly recommend Ross Building Group to anyone who wants to save themselves from stepping into a money pit trap.
Dont get caught accepting the Real Estate building and pest reports that they want to give you.
They will try and talk you into not "wasting your money getting an independent report done" they will even tell you it's too hard to get an independent inspector in the time required.
These are all the things we have experienced when house hunting in Queensland.
Seriously, get your own "independent" report as well as looking over their report.
We even had Ross Building Group do our second home, again, saving us our hard earned money!
I for one am not ready to flush a pile of money down the drain, it's great to have Ross Building Group on hand giving us great peace of mind.
Exceptional service throughout, thankyou Ross Building Group
