My husband and I travelled across the country hoping to purchase a home in Queensland.
We thought we had found our dream home, it looked so perfect. We then had to arrange a building and pest inspection.

Then with having to find a conveyancing/lawyer service, we ended settling on Kingdom Lawyers who strongly recommended, Ross Building Group. That was our final decision to go with Ross Building Group for our inspection.
We were told the home we were going to buy had no more work to do on it, it was move in ready. Sadly, this was far from true. Having such a thorough inspection and detailed report literally saved us thousands of dollars that we just didn't have.
We strongly recommend Ross Building Group to anyone who wants to save themselves from stepping into a money pit trap.
Dont get caught accepting the Real Estate building and pest reports that they want to give you.
They will try and talk you into not "wasting your money getting an independent report done" they will even tell you it's too hard to get an independent inspector in the time required.
These are all the things we have experienced when house hunting in Queensland.
Seriously, get your own "independent" report as well as looking over their report.
We even had Ross Building Group do our second home, again, saving us our hard earned money!
I for one am not ready to flush a pile of money down the drain, it's great to have Ross Building Group on hand giving us great peace of mind.
