Client accidently drilled through a water line on a weekend, which happens a fair bit, because weekends are when you have free time to do these things.

We are available for out of hour emergencies too, this one today was a split copper pipe caused by a tree root pushing up , and causing the damage. We cut out and replaced the damaged section, but have advised the client it will be best to rerun the water line, to avoid the tree roots
