We’re excited to be bringing new life to this beautiful Wollstonecraft residence through a carefully considered restoration and contemporary addition. Working alongside Architect Luke Moloney Architecture this project is all about respecting the home’s original character while creating functional, light-filled spaces for modern living.

This home is all about warmth and character — rich earthy tones, exposed brickwork and beautifully crafted joinery combine to create spaces that feel both contemporary and timeless. Every detail has been carefully considered, celebrating texture, materiality and the existing fabric of the home.

There’s nothing better than seeing the excitement on our clients’ faces as the finish line comes into view.
With just a couple of weeks until handover, our South Coogee project is in its final stages, and it’s all smiles on site. From the very first conversation to these final walkthroughs, it’s been a collaborative journey to create a home that’s uniquely theirs.
The finishing touches are coming together, the details are being perfected, and before long this beautiful house will become a home.
We can’t wait to hand over the keys and see our clients begin their next chapter in their dream home.

A great way to start the month at South Coogee, bringing the team together for a site meeting and project walkthrough.
These monthly catch-ups give everyone across our projects the opportunity to see firsthand what’s happening on site, share knowledge, and stay connected as a team.

Great to have the students from UTS on site this week as part of their Construction Project Management studies.
The group visited one of our active projects to undertake a case study, gaining insight into the day-to-day coordination, planning and delivery involved in complex residential construction.
Always valuable to share knowledge with the next generation entering the industry and give students exposure to real-world projects beyond the classroom.
