MEET THE TEAM // Paul Ricciardello became a part of the Weststyle team in 1995 joining his father and brother in the family business. He began as site labourer and then swiftly transitioned to supervisor in 1998. He manages and coordinates the entire build process from start to finish and prides himself on running an efficient and well-ordered site. Paul moved into the senior supervisor role in 2013 which sees him providing leadership and advice to our other supervisors.
Paul always strives to achieve the highest quality in finishes and workmanship and gets satisfaction from facilitating the creation of a beautiful home from nothing but a pile of sand. A work highlight for Paul is seeing the joy in Weststyle clientsβ faces when their home is complete, knowing that he has been a part of building their dream home.
