A massive Congratulations to Nicole Lamont-Rodgers - an EGT third-year apprentice who won the "Most Outstanding Female Apprentice" at the Master Builders Awards on Friday night.

Nicole is hosted by Cablewise Electrical & Communications and her wonderful achievement was witnessed by their Projects Administrator, Deborah Snelling, and their Director, Daniel Schneider.

Today, we pause to honour the courage, sacrifice and resilience of the men and women who have served – and continue to serve – in Australia’s and New Zealand’s armed forces.

From the shores of Gallipoli to peacekeeping missions around the globe, their legacy lives on in the freedoms we enjoy today.

At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, we will remember them.

Congratulations to Jayden Button—recipient of the No Harm Award this month from ETI! Jayden, a second-year apprentice hosted by Refined Cabling Solutions, truly demonstrated what it means to look out for each other on the job.

When another EGT apprentice needed immediate help, Jayden followed the correct procedures over the phone with our Field Officer, ensuring his fellow apprentice received the care they needed—despite the distance.

As recognition for his outstanding commitment to safety and support, Jayden received:
