We invite you to take a walk through our recently completed Queenscliff project.

This was a complete knock down rebuild designed by the talented team.

The attention to detail that has been poured into this project, and the use of concrete, glass and timber, really add to the sophistication of this family home. Both the architecture and finishes have a modernist feel which we absolutely love.

Encasing the natural sandstone outcrop within the north facing internal courtyard, allows natural light to pour into all corners of the home adding an element of warmth.

As you enter the backyard the level landscaping, pool and cabana area make this the perfect space to entertain friends and family.

We love the end result. Thank you to our clients for trusting us with this build, and to all the team that worked so hard to bring this project to life.

Wishing all of you a very Merry Christmas and a relaxing, healthy and safe new year!

We were lucky to celebrate our Christmas party on Monday to reflect on what has been another successful and busy year.

This year was certainly not without its challenges but it is never lost on us how privileged, grateful and lucky we are to build beautiful homes for our supportive clients.

Thank you for following along and to all of our talented, hard working and dedicated team, subcontractors and suppliers, we couldn’t do it without you!

We can’t wait for an even bigger 2022 💥

For the rear of this terrace renovation as part of the design and to meet BASIX requirements we had to construct and install operable privacy screens to the 2nd storey windows.

We brought in the crazy talented to fabricate them for us. The screens are all aluminium construction and powder coated satin black. They designed the operation of the screens via a linear actuator on a custom made stainless push rod system, which are controlled via a TecHome control module.

We also added a awning that runs along the top and wraps down the side to frame the windows and screens.

Our North Balgowlah project has alot more street appeal these days.
Adding the gable end to the 2nd storey and the entrance above the front door, new windows, weatherboard cladding and snapline45 roofing has transformed this home.
We hope our clients enjoy their new home as much as we have enjoyed building it.

Like most of our industry it’s taken us a little while to process the Government imposed two week shut down of construction sites that was announced yesterday.

As of tomorrow all of our sites will be closed until the 30th July 2021 (based on current advice).

We understand that this places enormous pressure on our clients, staff, sub contractors, suppliers and fellow small businesses.

If you need help during this period or someone to talk to please reach out.

Originally the caretakers cottage, our Bilgola project is an iconic landmark for local residents.

When designing and building this carport, it was important to our clients that every detail matched the existing home and that the design was proportionate and well considered.

We wanted it to feel that the carport had “always been there” and although we were enhancing the home to add a functional feature it was imperative we stayed true to the original design.

This is still one of our favourite projects and we love the end result our team were able to achieve.

Our clients used a range of materials to add interest to the master ensuite at our recently completed Palm Beach project.

A feature that we particularly love is the use of fluted glass as a shower screen and window finish. This not only creates a level of privacy but also adds to the continuity of the space.
