We’ve recently secured a site for one of our clients that will support the delivery of their upcoming residential land subdivision in Ipswich.

After identifying and presenting the opportunity, we advised that the acquisition would assist the project’s delivery. Our team negotiated the terms, secured the contract and coordinated the process end‑to‑end.

We’re pleased to announce that Rosewood Green Stages 3A & 3B have completed the pre‑start with Ipswich City Council and construction has commenced on site with BTP Civil Solutions.

We have already delivered 152 lots in the Rosewood Green development and these two new stages will add 60 more lots to this growing community.

Petrie is managing the project end‑to‑end as Development Manager and will serve as Superintendent throughout construction.

Our architecture team have commenced on a beautiful Mt Crosby property in a serene setting deeply connected to nature.

We’re exploring how a new pool, outdoor entertaining areas, and family‑friendly spaces can enhance the home while sitting gently within the landscape.

Alongside the landscape design, we’re also considering architectural elements that better connect the house to the outdoors, creating a seamless flow of spaces shaped by the land’s natural form and supporting our relaxed Queensland lifestyle.

The year has started at full pace in the office and we’re grateful to be engaged on such a diverse and exciting range of projects. Our workbook has been steadily growing over the last few years and this year is set to be our biggest yet.

From multiple childcare centres and land subdivision developments, through to bespoke architectural houses, apartments, and townhouses, our team has well and truly hit the ground running in the design and delivery of such outstanding design projects. We’re also progressing bus depots, commercial and fast-food developments — a broad mix that reflects the depth of experience and capability within our practice.

It’s shaping up to be a big year of delivery, collaboration and momentum with more of our own projects being delivered this year too.
