Maintenance Guide
Maximize comfort and minimize energy costs.

To keep your units running efficiently and prevent future blockages ,we recommend following these simple steps:

1. Monthly Filter Check

Dusty filters restrict airflow, making the unit work harder and increasing your power bill.

Action: Slide out the fliter of the indoor unit.

Cleaning: Vacuum off the dust or wash them in lukewarm water with a mild detergent.

Note: Ensure they are 100% dry before sliding them back in.

2. Keep the Outdoor Unit Clear

The outdoor unit needs to "breathe" to release heat effectively.

Action: Ensure there are no plants, cobwebs, or stored items within 500mm of the unit.

Action: Gently hose down the aluminum fins if you notice a buildup of dirt or salt spray.

3. Optimise Temperature Settings

Every degree lower in summer adds approximately 10% to the unit's running costs.

Recommended Summer Temp: 24°C

Recommended Winter Temp: 20°C

4. Signs to Call a Professional

Contact us if you notice any of the following:

Water dripping from the indoor unit (potential drain blockage).

A "musty" or "sour" smell when the unit starts up.

The unit is running but not reaching the set temperature.

Annual Service Reminder: Even with regular filter cleaning, we recommend a professional deep clean and gas pressure check every 12 - 18 months to prevent mold growth and maintain your warranty.
