When Kimberley walked onto a Uniplan site for work experience, she found something she didn't expect.

A place she belonged.

Now a 4th year plastering apprentice, she's nearly done, and already planning her next steps.

When she started, there were only two women on site.
That didn't stop her. And we made sure it wouldn't.
