Somewhere in this photo is the person who built your cabin's kitchen, hung its doors, and made sure it was ready for the road.

Behind every module that rolls out of Armidale is a team of 88.

The tradies on the factory floor, the designers and planners in the office, the logistics crew who send a whole building down a highway, and the apprentices learning it all from scratch.

Some have been here since the early days.
The team's grown and changed plenty since, but the reason they turn up hasn't.

All of them turn up for the same reason, to build things properly and back each other while they do it.

Carl covers more ground than most tractors.

Meet Carl Hooton, our Agribusiness Development Manager. If you've seen us at an ag event, chances are you've already met him.

Carl's the one out on the road, criss-crossing the country to meet clients and walk their properties, working out exactly what each operation needs.

Fitting, for someone who grew up on farms in Queensland. He gets this world because he's lived it.

Off the clock, he's on two wheels. He's ridden the Tour de Rocks a few times now, all for a cause close to a lot of families in our part of the world.

From the farm to the factory floor to the open road, Carl turns up and does it properly. That's the Uniplan way. 🚜

Councils, planning and famous Dutch chocolatiers? We're still wrapping our heads around this one.

Meet Prashanth, Uniplan's Planning and Approvals Officer.

Before any wall goes up in the factory, his job is to get the green light from council. That means working through site constraints, environmental considerations and a fair bit of negotiation to keep every project moving.

He says it's the kind of challenge he thrives in, and honestly, we'd agree.

Proud to have him on the team, and excited to see what he takes on next.
