We had a fire at the yard last night. We’ve lost a few things, but everything we lost can be replaced, and most importantly, everyone is safe and well.

🚧 WE'RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED PLANT OPERATOR 🚧

Ducats Earthmoving is looking for a skilled Plant Operator to join our crew.

What we need:
✅ Confident operating a 20-tonne excavator
✅ Confident operating a grader
✅ Minimum 5 years' plant operating experience
✅ Current tickets/competencies for the above

A truck (HR) licence is a bonus — but to be clear, this is an operator role. Your day is spent in the excavator and grader, not behind the wheel of a truck.

Full-time position with competitive pay for the right person.
