It is desirable for applicants to have the skills and experience to undertake the role as a leading hand. Hourly rate will be $30-$40/hr based on experience and capability.

We have now received the final occupation certificate for this beautiful renovation and passive house extension.

This home has plenty of sunlight entering the PVC triple glazed windows and will stay cosy all year round with a heat recovery ventilation system, airtightness and thicker walls for increased insulation.
