It was great to be part of 'Palm Fest’ - a week-long conservation event to help combat buffel grass and couch grass in areas where the endangered central Australian cabbage palms are found in Palm Valley (of Finke Gorge national park).

Thanks to Territory NRM, NTG Parks and Wildlife and the Tjuwanpa Mens Ranger group for the collaborative effort to help manage these threats and work towards conserving future populations of cabbage palm.
