About the Role
This fulltime role (38 hours per week) provides critical business support across daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office and service delivery teams. While relevant experience is highly regarded, we prioritise professionalism, alignment with our values, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Managing calls, emails, and customer enquiries with a professional and service focused approach
⢠Coordinating job scheduling and supporting communication between office and field teams
⢠Assisting with invoicing, data entry, and general business administration
⢠Maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient workflow within the office
