A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Intermain for the FWACon26 Flexible Workspace Australia Bus Tour!

We loved welcoming flexible workspace operators, owners and industry leaders to our Alexandria HQ and 3,000sqm joinery manufacturing facility for a behind-the-scenes look at how we work. Our integrated construction and manufacturing model helps us deliver high-performing coworking spaces with greater quality, consistency and certainty.

Attendees also put their skills to the test in our Intermain Factory Face-Off competition, a chair-building challenge that led to laughs and a few creative interpretations along the way.

Thank you to the Flexible Workspace Australia team for including us as a tour stop. We loved connecting with familiar and new faces, and look forward to continuing the conversation.

Exciting news for the Goulburn community; a new and improved Goulburn Workers Club is on the way.

We're proud to be partnering with Studio Nine to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment, fitout and expansion that will transform the club while keeping it fully operational throughout construction.

The project includes:

• Compliance upgrades
• Structural alterations and base building works
• Expansion into the newly acquired neighbouring building
• New internal fitout and finishes
• Custom joinery throughout public and back-of-house spaces
• New Asian fusion Restaurant including front and back-of-house areas
• Building services and amenities upgrades
• Heritage façade restoration and enhancement

Carefully sequenced construction will ensure members can continue to enjoy the club safely throughout the works, with minimal disruption to daily operations.

We look forward to bringing this exciting vision to life and creating a modern destination that will serve members and the wider Goulburn community for years to come.

We’re proud to share the completed refurbishment of the Nowra Workplace Hub for Property and Development NSW (NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure).

This whole-of-building refurbishment and fitout transformed an existing regional government building into a contemporary, flexible workplace for employees across six departments. Delivered in a fully operational live environment through careful staging, the project introduced end-of-trip facilities, EV charging stations, 162 work points, collaboration zones, focus rooms and refreshed amenities throughout.

Sustainability outcomes were a key focus — 1,368 tonnes of material recycled from 1,460 tonnes generated, achieving a 93% landfill diversion rate. The building also achieved a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating, 3 Star NABERS Water rating and 4 Star Green Star rating.

Warm timber tones, feature ceilings, soft wall panelling, acoustic treatment and feature joinery crafted and installed by Intermain for the Australian Medical Association in ACT. Evoking warmth through textures and tones.

All works were completed while the Ground Floor, and Levels 1 and 2 of the building hosted live tenants. Precision sequencing. Surgical precision.

Our latest project saw the delivery of a 1,700sqm, two-level fitness and wellbeing facility within one of Melbourne's premier retail precincts, bringing together fitness, recovery and wellbeing under one roof.

Intermain is proud to have delivered a high-quality workplace fitout for Allianz within their new Canberra office.

The tenancy brings together a boardroom, meeting rooms, focus rooms, work points, breakout and wellness areas. Materiality draws on Canberra's red brick character, reinterpreted through terracotta stone, timber-look flooring, pale oak joinery and abundant planting, with First Nations artworks integrated throughout.

Strong collaboration was key to navigating complex IT, security and AV coordination including global commissioning requirements, ensuring all systems were delivered and commissioned on schedule.
