A brand new changeroom facility is coming to life at Freebody Oval, home of the Queanbeyan Roos It will feature contemporary changerooms, social room, public amenities, a kiosk and viewing platform. Infrastructure that backs the continued growth of community sport in the region.

Adaptive reuse done well is hard to see. That is the point.

We recently worked at Wharf 10, Pyrmont, we worked with the existing building rather than starting from scratch... retaining built elements, reducing material waste and creating a workplace that feels like it genuinely belongs in the space. Bespoke in-house joinery and a palette drawn from the waterfront setting complete the picture. ✨ Building upon what was already there, creating a design rooted in calm.

A new level of flexibility at 2 Wentworth Street, Parramatta.

Intermain returned to Level 8 at 2 Wentworth Street to deliver a 1,200sqm speculative fitout for W Development Group and SC Capital Partners, building on earlier works within the asset.

Delivered in just 10 weeks, the project focused on enhancing the existing tenancy through targeted refurbishment, retaining and refining key elements while upgrading breakout areas, amenities and arrival spaces.

The result is a cohesive, light-filled workplace designed for flexibility, longevity and immediate occupancy.

From silver screen to Sydney skyline, Oxford Street's historic West Olympia Theatre has been reimagined as 25hours Hotel The Olympia, earning a place among the world’s Top 100 new and renovated hotels for 2026.

Intermain is proud to have partnered with Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) to deliver the bespoke joinery that helps bring this transformation to life, from reception and lobby through to dining and event spaces, cinema, amenities, staff BOH and up to the rooftop bar.

The interior honours the building’s art-house legacy, layering cinematic references and a rebellious creative spirit into every detail.

A landmark project reimagining a cultural icon for a new era of hospitality.

Supporting continuous learning in the heart of Bairnsdale, regional Victoria.

Delivered for the Victorian School Building Authority, this Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership hub brings new life to an existing main street building.

Set across two levels, the 1000sqm project combined construction and fitout to create flexible, light-filled learning spaces alongside DesignInc.

Here’s what was delivered:
• A two-level education facility within an existing building
• Flexible learning spaces shaped by natural light and materials
• A refreshed façade and new external works
• Upgraded amenities and building services
• Carpark improvements
• Careful staging to keep pedestrians safe and minimise disruption
• Local trades and suppliers engaged throughout

What makes this level stand out:
