Celebrating 10 Years with Energypro 🎉

Last month, we are proud to celebrate Renae Thompson and her incredible 10-year journey with Energypro.

Renae joined the business in 2016 as our Service Scheduler and Coordinator, when she was the only person in the office. Over the past decade, she has taken on an extraordinary range of roles including Accounts, Office Manager, Service Manager, Safety and ISO Compliance, and now HR Manager.

Her journey is a true reflection of our pillar, We Unlock Potential. Through hard work, adaptability and a willingness to step into new challenges, Renae has grown alongside the business and played a significant role in shaping Energypro into what it is today.

Along the way, she has balanced an evolving career with raising three children, proving that with determination and support, it is possible to build a rewarding career while raising a family.

When asked what she enjoys most about working at Energypro, Renae’s answer was simple: “The people. It makes a big difference working with a team that gets along and supports each other - especially on the busy days.”

Renae, thank you for your dedication, loyalty and the countless contributions you have made over the past 10 years. Your knowledge, resilience and commitment have had a lasting impact on our business and our people.
