If you have a Tesla Powerwall 2 installed (from around Nov 2020 to Jun 2022), please check your system immediately. Tesla has issued a recall after identifying certain 📦 battery cells in some units that may overheat — this could lead to 🔥 fire risk and property damage.

Here’s what you should do:

1️⃣ Open your Tesla app — see if there’s a notification that your unit is affected. 📲
2️⃣ If it is online and affected, Tesla may have already remotely discharged it to reduce risk. 🪫
3️⃣ Tesla will replace affected units at no cost.

🚨Important Information Regarding Labour's Proposed Battery Rebate Program.

The Albanese Government has just announced a massive new rebate for home solar batteries should it be re-elected at the upcoming Federal Election.

The >4.3 billion Cheaper Home Batteries Program will provide discounted home batteries.

The discount is approximately 30 per cent of a typically-priced battery.

This will allow you to slash your power bill with solar and a solar battery.

The average home battery stores between 5-15 kWh of energy and costs between 34.000 and $15,000, which typically comes with a 10-year warranty and a lifespan of around 15 years.
