Wayne Birch spent eight years as an agronomist with Nutrien Ag Solutions and Farmanco before he swapped paddocks for the numbers. Six years into calling Albany home, he's now running the local arm of Ebats Accounting, an established Mandurah firm with 20+ years in business tax and accounting.

Wayne handles tax returns, GST/BAS, bookkeeping and investment property tax planning for individuals, farmers, tradies and small businesses across the Great Southern. He'll come to you, your place, his home office, a booked meeting room, or online. Individual returns start at $190, plus $60 to add a spouse.

We're looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our busy office.

Position Details
- Part-time – 25 hours per week
- 8:00am starts
- Monday to Friday
- Immediate start available
- About the Role

This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers while helping keep the office running smoothly.
Your duties will include:
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Greeting customers in the showroom
- Scheduling jobs and coordinating technicians
- Preparing invoices and processing payments
- Ordering office supplies and stock
- General administration and data entry
- Customer service and sales support
- Managing social media posts and helping promote the business
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Is confident using computers and learning new software
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Can work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Has experience with social media (Facebook and Instagram preferred)
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team environment
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work

Administration or reception experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

🐍 Well... this job had a twist.
A snake somehow found its way into the wire ropes of this garage door and got well and truly snagged.

Unfortunately, the snake removal caused a fair bit of damage with the door needing to be replaced through insurance.

Safe to say this isn't a call-out we get every day! 😳
