Groundworks & Civil Operator — Albany
We’re looking for a Groundworks & Civil Operator to join our team in Albany.
This role suits someone who’s keen to grow their skills and be part of a high‑quality civil and earthworks team. You don’t need years of experience — if you’re motivated, reliable, and eager to learn, we’re willing to train the right person.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
•Operating machinery on residential and commercial sites (Excavators,posi tracks, loaders)
•Assisting with bulk and detailed excavations , foundations, drainage and general earthworks
•Supporting onsite tasks, sequencing, safety, and quality control
•Working on architect‑designed homes and specialised commercial civil packages
What we’re looking for
•Well-presented with professional mindset
•Willingness to learn and develop new skills
•Ability to operate machine efficiently and safely
•Ability to read and interpret plans (training available)
•Strong work ethic and attention to detail
•Pride in workmanship and teamwork
•Experience in civil or ground‑works is an advantage but not essential
