There’s a reason the caterpillar scrapers are still earning their keep on Australian civil and mining projects decades after they were built. They can cut, load, haul and place in one continuous production cycle.

This Cat 633-II elevator scraper can comfortably self-load more than 30 tonnes of material in under a minute, then haul and evenly spread it as it unloads.
That makes them highly effective for bulk cut-to-fill, dam and TSF raises, embankment construction, haul-road formation, ROM and plant pads, overburden stripping and rehabilitation works. Rather than tipping material in a heap, the bowl meters it out in a controlled layer, ready for moisture conditioning and compaction between lifts—reducing rehandle and keeping the earthworks fleet moving.

Raptor Plant Hire currently has Cat 633 Series II and Cat 639 Twin Power scrapers available for hire and immediate mobilisation.

Contact Charles on 0458 296 015 or [email protected] to discuss how we can support your upcoming bulk earthworks requirements.
