Partek was brought into the SAGE Automation project at the initial design concept stage through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) approach, working alongside the client and consultant team from planning through to handover.

By involving the builder early, ECI allows constructibility, cost and project risks to be considered from the outset, creating a clearer pathway to delivery.

The project delivered a purpose-built tenancy at Tonsley, including a large manufacturing area, offices, meeting spaces and amenities.

SAGE Automation's Founder stated "we've rarely had a project completed on time, let alone a month ahead of schedule!" - a strong example of what early collaboration can bring.
