The off-grid system at Mount Jagged is finished and ready to go⚡️

Built to power two Airbnbs, the system includes 52kWh of battery storage and an 8kVA auto-start generator to keep everything running through those extended cloudy periods.

Everything has been designed for reliability, including a bypass switch that allows the generator to take over if the battery system ever shuts down.

A fully independent power system, ready for when the Airbnbs open their doors.

This off-grid system has powered this home for 13 years... but it's finally time for an upgrade ⚡

We're in Hindmarsh Valley replacing an ageing off-grid solar and battery system that's been limiting how this family lives every day.

Imagine having to think twice before turning the kettle on because someone else is already using another appliance. That's the reality with many older off-grid systems.

This upgrade changes everything. More storage, smarter technology, and enough power to use the home without constantly managing what's switched on.

We caught Dan completely off guard with a little birthday surprise on site. Safe to say the crew had no problem helping him finish off the donuts once the camera was off

One step closer to bringing this off-grid project to life ⚡🏡

We're back at Mount Jagged, and today the ground mount solar array starts taking shape.

Our team has already completed all the underground cabling, and now My Energy Engineering is on site driving the piles that will support the solar array for two fully off-grid Airbnbs.

There's still plenty to come on this project, and we can't wait to show you the finished result.
