Following the theft of the existing outdoor units at this commercial site, JW Air Solutions was engaged to replace and recommission the air conditioning systems.

The works included:

• 2 × 9kW Daikin split systems servicing the critical communications area
• 1 × 3.5kW Daikin split system servicing the office space
• Full installation, commissioning and operational testing

To help prevent a repeat of the theft, a custom-built security cage was installed around the replacement outdoor units, providing additional protection while maintaining the required airflow and service access.

A complete commercial air conditioning replacement with the site back up and operational.

This old flexible duct had deteriorated internally, with the inner lining breaking down and contaminating the ductwork.

We removed all of the deteriorated duct and completed a full replacement with new insulated flexible ductwork, leaving the system clean, intact and ready for years of reliable operation.

This trunking required a custom solution to achieve a clean finish.

The existing pipework layout wouldn’t suit standard trunking, so we fabricated and installed a colour matched trunking system to properly conceal all pipework and electrical.

End result is a much cleaner and more presentable installation.
