Getting the holes dug ready for our concrete sleeper retaining wall in Yankalilla. Mud is getting everywhere and the work boots are getting heavier by the minute 😆

Concrete sleepers are a great option if you want something durable and low maintenance, without worrying about rot or termites.

Not the quietest part of the job, so we’ve kindly added music 😂🔨

A little piece of the original home staying right where it belongs. 🤎

During our Second Valley renovation, the owners wanted to keep some of the original stonework as a feature and we're very glad they did.

There's something pretty special about bringing an old home into its next chapter without wiping away everything that made it its home in the first place.

Old meets new…and this little feature is going to look bloody good when everything around it is finished. 👌🏻

Building a deck with a view like this? Someone’s gotta do it 😝🔨

A little look around our Yankalilla deck + patio extension, timber underfoot, shelter overhead and some pretty decent scenery to keep the boys company.

We reckon the owners have got the better end of the deal though. They get to sit back and enjoy it 🍻
