Think Architects are passionate about custom grand home designs, new builds and additions to existing residences. We pride ourselves on innovation, fresh ideas while creating spaces for people that suit their needs and budgets. Our goal is to be Adelaide’s best custom home designer and be a household name amongst design enthusiasts. We hope to expand into eastern cities in the future
We provide design, Documentation and Management for all areas of the building industry. We take a project from the creation of the concept, working with the clients, builders, councils and engineers. We handle all council approvals necessary and liaise on the clients behalf. We then will take the project through to working drawings and complete the necessary documentation and gain full development approval for our clients. We also offer tender and project management solutions to our clients making us the one stop shop for their project needs. Services offered are listed but not limited to:
1-Design and Drafting
2- 3D visualisation
3- Virtual Reality – walk through your home before it’s built
4- Interior design
5- Energy efficiency reports and analysis
6-council applications
7- Res Code applications. Please call Adam Cavuoto on (08) 7078 4070
